Hi, I'm Dr. Sabrina Nichole Crouch, host of the podcast "F*ck Being Stuck". I was inspired by my own journey to healing chronic pain using meditation. This podcast spotlights the unrelenting women who went from managing to mastering their health challenges, and the badass alternative practitioners who are changing the way we heal.
In this episode, I speak with Nina Everflow, an integrity activist. We discuss her work in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and how ancient cultural techniques can foster curiosity and bridge the gap between values and behaviors. Nina shares her personal journey of self-discovery, including her spiritual practices and the importance of self-awareness. We also explore her experience with epilepsy and the energetic approach to healing. Nina even discusses her connection to the land and her commitment to being a good steward in healing colonial wounds.
Nina Everflow is an integrity activist. She holds space for courageous folks yearning to re-sensitize, re-member and re-connect to their wholeness.
Through her blog, coaching services and expansion events, she transparently illustrates the gap between what we say we value and our actual behaviors – facilitating courageous spaces to try on practical tools for bridging that gap.
She draws from her diverse experiences of training humanitarian aid workers, intuitive gardening, living in six countries, studying ancient cultures of Kemet, Sumeria and Mayan, surviving corporate trauma, healing herself from epilepsy, writing a Master’s thesis on the wisdom of Rwandan reconciliation practices, intercultural marriage, and over 25 years of daily spiritual devotion.
Nina lives on the unceded land of the Monacan (MON-ACAN), now known as the farmlands and forests of south-central Virginia, U.S., with her multi-racial family.

I’m Dr. Sabrina Nichole, a licensed psychologist, author and motivational speaker, but more importantly I’m a person who was stuck and had to find my way through a chronic pain condition by unconventional methods.
I’m on a mission to help women get unstuck from their thought patterns that no longer serve them in order to find relief and freedom in a way they did not think was possible. My guests and I will share stories of our journey from stuck to unstuck. There is more than one way to heal, and we will explore various methods on this show.
If you are willing to open your mind to possibilities, then this is the right place for you.
